PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
Vapo Techniek processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with your data yourself.
Our website does not use any social media plug-ins.

SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data from website visitors under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to avoid the collection of data from children without parental consent. If you feel that we have collected personal data from a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@studio2c.nl; we will thereupon remove these data.
THE PURPOSE AND GROUNDS ON WHICH WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
Vapo Techniek processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- You be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our services
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Vapo Techniek also processes personal data if we are under a legal obligation to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Vapo Techniek does not take decisions based on the automated processing of data on issues that may have (considerable) consequences for persons. These are decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems without the intervention of a human being (for instance an employee of Vapo Techniek).
HOW LONG WE RETAIN PERSONAL DATA
Vapo Techniek does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes we have collected them for. Because of the statutory retention period of, for instance, the Tax and Customs Administration, we apply a retention period of 7 years to all personal data.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Vapo Techniek provides personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Vapo Techniek only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. ACCESS TO, CORRECTION OR REMOVAL OF DATA

That means that you may submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have from you in a computer file to you or to another organization of your choice.
You can send a request for access, correction, removal, transmission of your personal data or the withdrawal of your consent or your objection to the processing of your personal data to vapo@vapo.nl.
In order to be sure that the request for access is made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your identity document. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the line with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to you as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks.
